Stack and reach
How high and how far forward the top of the head tube is, from the bottom bracket. They are the two numbers that decide whether a frame can be set up like yours.
BB, or bottom bracket
The axle your cranks turn on, in the middle of the frame. Every number on this site is measured from it, because it is the one point that sits in the same place on every bike.
Headset cover
The little cap on top of the head tube, under your spacers. Most makers do not publish it, so I assume 15 mm and add 6 mm to the band, which on its own is enough to hold an answer at "probably" rather than "fits".
Stem clamp, and its centre
The collar on the steerer that your stem bolts to. I need the middle of it. Where a maker gives only the height, I assume halfway up and say so on the answer.
Steerer
The tube coming up out of the fork. The cover, the spacers and the stem all sit on it, and it is the thing a mechanic cuts to length.
Bar reach
How far forward the hoods sit from the middle of the bar. Two bars on the same stem can put your hands 20 mm apart, which is why I ask.
Setback
How far your saddle sits behind the bottom bracket.
Drop
How much lower your hands sit than your saddle. On a riser bar I count the bar's rise, so the drop is that much less than it is to the clamp.
Rails, and the rail centre
The two rods under your saddle, and the middle of the straight part of them. That midpoint is the point I use, because it is the one you can find with a tape.
The band
How far out I could be, in millimetres, and why. It is a straight sum of everything I had to assume rather than a clever average, so it errs wide on purpose.
wb, stand, trail
Wheelbase, standover and trail: how long the bike is, how high the top tube is where you straddle it, and how steady the steering feels. I show them against your bike, and I leave them out when the maker does not publish them.
est.
Estimated: a number I worked out rather than read off the maker's table. Anything marked this way can move if the maker publishes the real one.

The L drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.

SOURCE: AF bicycles is Carbonda's own direct-to-rider brand: carbonda.com/road/AF01.html (the maker's site) lists "Model No: AF01SSL /AF01 Standard" with "Direct-order website afbicycles.com", and afbicycles.com (a Shopify store, served from afbicycles.myshopify.com) carries both framesets with the same geometry image. How I read the maker's table
The brand is recorded as Carbonda because the frame is Carbonda's and carbonda.com lists it; riders will meet it as "AF bicycles AF01" (a naming call for Carl). TABLE LEGEND (the numbered diagram beside the table, checked against each row): 01 Stack = vertical from the BB centre to the horizontal through the head tube top; 02 Reach = horizontal from the BB centre's vertical to the head tube top; 03 HTL = head tube length along the tube; 04 BBD = BB drop below the axle line; 05 ATC = fork axle-to-crown along the steering axis, 395 every size (not a schema field); 06 OHset = fork offset, 55 every size; 07 FB = BB centre to front axle in a straight line, recorded as front_centre; 08 RC = BB centre to rear axle, recorded as chainstay, 425 every size; 09 STL = seat tube length along the tube from the BB centre; 10 WB = wheelbase; 11 TT = top tube, drawn horizontal between the extended seat tube and head tube axes, recorded as top_tube_effective; A HTA; B STA; D Standover = vertical from the top tube to the ground (the point along the top tube is not stated). Merged cells: BBD 78 spans XS-M and 76 spans L-XXL; HTA 71 spans M-L; STA 74 spans XS-S, 73.5 spans M-L and 73 spans XL-XXL; ATC, OHset and RC span all six sizes. STACK DATUM: the drawing measures stack and reach to the top of the head tube with no headset cover drawn. The page's own prose (German store copy) says "70-72 deg" head angles, wheelbase "1.018-1.070 mm", stack 535-645 and reach 375-409 and "constant 425 mm chainstay", all of which agree with the table. NOT PUBLISHED and therefore null: trail, stock stem length, stock bar width. tyre_width_mm null: only the maximum (50C) is stated. MODEL YEAR: not printed; image uploaded with Shopify version stamp 1777365787 (late April 2026), store product published 2025-06-18; model_year null. integrated_cockpit true because the frame is sold for the one-piece Canwin Aelous (or bare) with integrated cabling. Bike Insights has no AF01 and no AF bicycles brand (checked 2026-10-20). No Panda Podium, Geometry Geeks or 99 Spokes request was made.
