If you sign in: your email address, and your name if Google passes one along. The bikes you save, with the parts you type in, the positions worked out from them, and any comparison you keep. Nothing else.

Without an account: if you report a wrong number and leave an email, it sits with the report, only so I can tell you what I found. If you ask for a bike and leave an email, it sits with the request, only to say when it's live. Neither goes anywhere else, and neither gets you a newsletter, because there isn't one.

If you add a bike to the catalogue, the name on your account goes on it as the credit for the work. That is the one thing here anyone else can see, and it only happens because you sent something in.

No ad trackers, no selling or sharing anything. I do count visits with Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and is the only thing a page fetches from anyone else's server; the fonts are served from here. Sign-in links only work once and last 15 minutes; I store a fingerprint of the link, not the link itself, and the record (which holds your email address) is deleted 24 hours after it expires.

One cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days if you don't visit; a second one lasts 10 minutes while Google hands you back. Google Analytics sets its own to tell one visit from the next. Your light or dark choice is stored in your own browser. That's it.

On your bikes page, Delete account removes your account and everything in it, including the sign-in link records for your address, straight away and for good. Export my data gives you a copy first if you want one.

Bike geometry belongs to the manufacturers and is credited wherever it appears. If a number's wrong, tell me and I'll fix it.
