The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

In the maker's words

Kept whole, as I read it off specialized.com.
Tarmac SL7 Comp - Shimano 105 Di2, Specialized GB spec: Stem "Tarmac integrated stem, 6-degree" (stem angle 6 degrees, here meaning a 6 degree stem, not a one-piece bar); Handlebars "Specialized Shallow Drop, 6061, 70x125mm, 31.8mm clamp" (bar reach 70 mm, drop 125 mm).

How I read the maker's table
The Tarmac generation before the SL8 (specialized.json) and SL9 (specialized-tarmac-sl9.json). Seven sizes 44, 49, 52, 54, 56, 58, 61. stack_datum "head tube top": the page prints "Frame Stack" and "Frame Reach" (stored here) separately from "Stack to Stem" and "Reach to Stem". Against the SL8 table in specialized.json every size differs: the SL8 file's stack is 10 mm higher, its reach 3 mm shorter, its head tube 6 to 7 mm longer and its seat tube 2 mm shorter. Bike Insights' 2023 Tarmac SL7 Comp entry stores the Stack to Stem and Reach to Stem numbers as its stack and reach, so its stack and reach disagree with this file on every size; the maker's Frame Stack and Frame Reach are stored. Values printed with mm and degree suffixes, stripped by script. Stock tyre Turbo Pro 700x26.
