Stack and reach
How high and how far forward the top of the head tube is, from the bottom bracket. They are the two numbers that decide whether a frame can be set up like yours.
BB, or bottom bracket
The axle your cranks turn on, in the middle of the frame. Every number on this site is measured from it, because it is the one point that sits in the same place on every bike.
Headset cover
The little cap on top of the head tube, under your spacers. Most makers do not publish it, so I assume 15 mm and add 6 mm to the band, which on its own is enough to hold an answer at "probably" rather than "fits".
Stem clamp, and its centre
The collar on the steerer that your stem bolts to. I need the middle of it. Where a maker gives only the height, I assume halfway up and say so on the answer.
Steerer
The tube coming up out of the fork. The cover, the spacers and the stem all sit on it, and it is the thing a mechanic cuts to length.
Bar reach
How far forward the hoods sit from the middle of the bar. Two bars on the same stem can put your hands 20 mm apart, which is why I ask.
Setback
How far your saddle sits behind the bottom bracket.
Drop
How much lower your bar is than your saddle.
Rails, and the rail centre
The two rods under your saddle, and the middle of the straight part of them. That midpoint is the point I use, because it is the one you can find with a tape.
The band
How far out I could be, in millimetres, and why. It is a straight sum of everything I had to assume rather than a clever average, so it errs wide on purpose.
wb, stand, trail
Wheelbase, standover and trail: how long the bike is, how high the top tube is where you straddle it, and how steady the steering feels. I show them against your bike, and I leave them out when the maker does not publish them.

How I read the maker's table
The table is IDENTICAL on QuickPro Australia https://quickproaus.com/products/ur-one-dura-ace-di2 (page title "UR:ONE ULTEGRA Di2"; the AU shop has no bare UR:ONE frameset page, /products/ur-one is 404). The Chinese parent site (quick-bikes.com.cn) was not tried again - it returned captcha / 504 for the ER:ONE collection on 2026-08-28. CATEGORY: brand category is "Road - Lightweight" ("lightest frame in the Quick Pro lineup", "Engineered To Defy Gravity"), so filed as climbing road; the request called it road. MODEL YEAR: the brand prints no year anywhere; 2026 is inferred - the geometry image is a screenshot dated 2026-01-12, the US product record was created and published 2026-02-02, the AU records from 2026-02-25, all live 2026-08-28. STACK / REACH DATUM: the diagram shows STACK vertical and REACH horizontal from the bottom bracket centre to the top of the head tube (dotted line at the head tube top). B top tube is drawn horizontal from the head tube top to the seat tube axis, i.e. effective top tube. E head tube length is along the head tube. K standover is the vertical from the ground line to the top of the top tube above the bottom bracket. SEAT TUBE ANGLE: labelled only "Seat Tube Angle (deg)"; the diagram draws C between the seat tube axis and the horizontal through the BB; the seat tube is straight; effective vs actual not stated. ROW J MISLABELLED: the table calls row J "Front Center (mm)" but its value is 370 for every size and the diagram draws J along the fork from the crown to the front axle, i.e. the fork length (axle to crown), as on the ER:ONE table (373). Solving the published stack / reach / head tube length / head angle / BB drop / fork offset back to the front axle gives implied fork lengths of 370.6-371.0 mm and reproduces the published wheelbases within 1 mm for XXS, XS, S, L and XL, so J is the fork length; Panda Podium's copy of the same table labels row J "Fork Length (mm)", confirming it. front_centre is therefore null (not published). SIZE M HEAD ANGLE: published as 73.8 deg, higher than L (73) and XL (73.2). Re-deriving the M wheelbase from the other M numbers gives 978 mm at 73.8 deg but 986 mm (published 987) at 72.8 deg, so 73.8 is very likely a brand typo for 72.8 - stored as published (73.8), flag for review. TRAIL: not published, null. Stack-to-reach published as 1.36 / 1.36 / 1.38 / 1.41 / 1.44 / 1.47 (truncated, not rounded). SIZE NAMES: XXS / XS / S / M / L / XL with the seat tube length in brackets (432 / 446 / 470 / 495 / 518 / 542); the AU variant picker writes them "XXS/432" etc. RIDER SIZE GUIDE (quickproaus.com "Find Your UR:One Fit"): XXS 148-159 cm (4 ft 10 to 5 ft 3), XS 156-167 cm (5 ft 1 to 5 ft 6), SM 164-175 cm (5 ft 5 to 5 ft 9), MD 172-184 cm (5 ft 8 to 6 ft 0), LG 181-193 cm (5 ft 11 to 6 ft 4), XL 191-203 cm (6 ft 3 to 6 ft 8). AU PAGE COPY-PASTE ERRORS: its Ultegra spec sheet lists "Frame Size Options XS/430, SM/460, MD/490, LG/520, XL/550, XXL/584" and "Frameset T1100 & M65 Modulus Carbon, Monolith One Piece Construction (840g)" - those are ER:ONE lines; the UR:ONE variant picker, geometry table and weight (629 g) on the same page are the UR:ONE ones and match the US table. FRAME: High-Strength High-Modulus carbon, frame 629 g +/-5% (size M), fork 339 g, seatpost 115 g, BSA 68 threaded BB, 12x100 / 12x142, UDH, fully integrated cable routing, 32 mm tyre clearance, "higher stack, lower bottom bracket" than the aero ER:ONE / AR:ONE; validated at Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub (brand claim). stock_stem_length 100 and stock_bar_width 400 are the size-independent configurator defaults ("Stem Length (default 100mm)", "Handlebar Length (default 400mm)"), not a per-size spec.
