Stack and reach
How high and how far forward the top of the head tube is, from the bottom bracket. They are the two numbers that decide whether a frame can be set up like yours.
BB, or bottom bracket
The axle your cranks turn on, in the middle of the frame. Every number on this site is measured from it, because it is the one point that sits in the same place on every bike.
Headset cover
The little cap on top of the head tube, under your spacers. Most makers do not publish it, so I assume 15 mm and add 6 mm to the band, which on its own is enough to hold an answer at "probably" rather than "fits".
Stem clamp, and its centre
The collar on the steerer that your stem bolts to. I need the middle of it. Where a maker gives only the height, I assume halfway up and say so on the answer.
Steerer
The tube coming up out of the fork. The cover, the spacers and the stem all sit on it, and it is the thing a mechanic cuts to length.
Bar reach
How far forward the hoods sit from the middle of the bar. Two bars on the same stem can put your hands 20 mm apart, which is why I ask.
Setback
How far your saddle sits behind the bottom bracket.
Drop
How much lower your bar is than your saddle.
Rails, and the rail centre
The two rods under your saddle, and the middle of the straight part of them. That midpoint is the point I use, because it is the one you can find with a tape.
The band
How far out I could be, in millimetres, and why. It is a straight sum of everything I had to assume rather than a clever average, so it errs wide on purpose.
wb, stand, trail
Wheelbase, standover and trail: how long the bike is, how high the top tube is where you straddle it, and how steady the steering feels. I show them against your bike, and I leave them out when the maker does not publish them.

On quickprousa.com the AR:ONE FRAME (USD 1,999) ships "Frame / Fork / Seatpost / Thru-Axles / Headset" and the bar is an add-on in the "Complete the Build" configurator (Handle Bar: No Handle Bar (default) / ZEPHYR SSL; Width 340 / 360 / 380 / 400 / 420 mm; Stem 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 / 140 mm, any width x any length); the AR:ONE FRAME - QUICK SHIP listing confirms "This is a frame only - it does not include a handlebar". On quickproaus.com the AR:One frameset (AUD 3,099) says "Zephyr SSL Handlebar Included!" with the same Handlebar Width 340-420 and Stem Length 70-140 selects. No per-size default width or stem is published on either site (an older US option set that is also attached to this product id, Globo set 1244673, labels "Handlebar Length (default 400mm)" and "Stem Length (default 100mm)", but the page's active option set is 1541177 which has no default), so stock_stem_length and stock_bar_width are left null. How I read the maker's table
Cross-checked against the brand's Australian store https://quickproaus.com/products/er-one-copy (title "AR:One", product created 2026-08-10) which carries the same table (row L = STR there) and a geometry diagram https://quickproaus.com/cdn/shop/files/ar-geometry-diagram.png: every value identical EXCEPT XL stack, 566.6 on the US table vs 566.5 on the AU table (US value kept; 0.1 mm rounding). The Chinese parent site (quick-bikes.com.cn) was not reachable when the ER:ONE was collected (WAF captcha / 504) and was not retried for this model. CONVENTIONS: sizes are named by letter plus seat tube length in mm ("XS / 430" ... "XXL / 580"); the AU frame Size select and the US Globo set 1244673 call the largest size "584/XXL" while the geometry table and the active US set 1541177 say 580 - the table value 580 is stored. Stack and reach are published to 0.01 mm (CAD output) and are stored as published, not rounded. seat_tube_length = row A "Frame Size / Seat Tube Length (mm)"; top_tube_effective = row B "Effective Top Tube Length (mm)"; standover = row K "Standover Height (mm)"; fork length (row J) 370 mm all sizes and STR 1.34 / 1.35 / 1.38 / 1.41 / 1.41 / 1.42 are not in the schema. Fork offset is size-specific: 50 mm on XS and S, 45 mm on M-XXL. front_centre and trail are not published (null). CATEGORY: the US site files the AR:ONE under "Road - All Round" (menu label "AR:ONE - Aero/All-round", product tag "all-round", collection road-all-rounder) and the Quick Ship listing calls it a "lightweight all-rounder frame", so category = road. MODEL YEAR: undated on both brand sites; US product record created 2025-10-24, AU builds from 2026-03-01 - left null.
