The Dogma GR Dura Ace Di2 build ships with the integrated handlebar "TALON ULTRA FAST GR". MOST Talon Ultra Fast GR (https://pinarello.com/global/en/accessories/components/handlebars/talon/talon-ultra-fast-gr): stem angle -8 deg; stem lengths 80/90/100/110/120 mm; bar reach 80 mm; drop 125 mm; flare 7 deg; sold as stem/width "80/420 - 80/480 - 90/420 - 90/440 - 90/460 - 90/480 - 100/420 - 100/440 - 100/460 - 100/480 - 110/460 - 110/480 - 120/460 - 120/480 (handlebar width measured outside-to-outside at the drops)", i.e. drop widths 420/440/460/480 mm outside to outside. The page does not say which width and stem length each frame size ships with.

How I read the maker's table
The table has NO size column: Pinarello names a frame size by its seat tube centre-to-centre length in cm (the Dogma F page's weight line reads "Weight in size 53"; the CC column prints 530 on that row), so size_label is the CC column written in cm (CC 430 -> "43", 465 -> "46.5"); nothing else is derived. Column mapping: CE (seat tube centre to end) -> seat_tube_length; CC (centre to centre) -> size label; L -> top_tube_effective; A -> seat_tube_angle; B -> head_tube_angle; P -> chainstay; T -> head_tube_length; D -> bb_drop; R (fork rake) -> fork_offset; G (fork height, axle to crown) not in the schema; REACH -> reach; STACK -> stack. The legend beside the table reads "CE: SEAT TUBE CENTER - END, CC: SEAT TUBE CENTER - CENTER, L: TOP TUBE CENTER - CENTER, A[deg]: SEAT TUBE ANGLE, B[deg]: HEADTUBE ANGLE, P: CHAINSTAY, T: HEADTUBE, D: BB DROP, R: FORK RAKE, G: FORK HEIGHT, REACH, STACK". TOP TUBE: the drawing beside the table draws L horizontal at head tube top height from the seat tube line to the head tube line, so L is recorded as top_tube_effective. STACK DATUM: the drawing (read only for its letters and datums, not stored) takes STACK from the bottom bracket centre up to a horizontal line at the top of the head tube under the stem, and REACH to the same point; no words say whether a headset cover is included, so stack_datum is null. Not published, so null: trail, standover, stock stem and bar per size. Model year is not printed on the page (null). This table has more columns than the road tables: CF (printed "CF" where the legend says "CE: SEAT TUBE CENTER - END"; recorded as seat_tube_length), I, F, WB. The legend beside the table is the road legend and does not name I, F or WB. The drawing letters WB (axle to axle, horizontal) and I (drawn horizontal from the top of the seat tube line to the vertical through the BB, beside REACH; it equals CC x cos A on every size; not in the schema). F is neither in the legend nor in the drawing; it is recorded as front_centre because on every size sqrt(P^2 - D^2) + sqrt(F^2 - D^2) gives the printed WB, i.e. F is the BB-to-front-axle distance. On the three largest sizes (56, 57.5, 59.5, where P becomes 427) that sum is 2.1 mm more than the printed WB, while P = 425 reproduces it: the printed WB on those sizes looks drawn with the 425 chainstay of the smaller sizes. Flagged, nothing changed. Stock tyre "VITTORIA TERRENO T30 40" (tyre_width_mm 40).
