Geometry, every size, from the maker's table

The M drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.

The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

How I read the maker's table
The Reacto 10K page (bike id 5925, frame "REACTO CF5 V") prints the same rows for XS to XL. This is the current Reacto: the existing merida-scultura-2027.json notes said in August that no Reacto was listed on the UK site; by 20 Oct 2026 the UK site lists eleven Reacto models. Against the earlier CF5 IV Reacto (merida-reacto-2022.json) the chainstay is 410 here (408), the wheelbases 1 to 3 mm longer, the XXS and XS top tubes 1 mm different (521 and 535 against 520 and 536), the XL head tube 175 (176), and fork offset is now printed (45). Decimal commas converted by script. Source: html table (official Merida UK bike page, "Geometries" section, HTML table; fetched 2026-10-21 with curl, HTTP 200)
