Stack and reach
How high and how far forward the top of the head tube is, from the bottom bracket. They are the two numbers that decide whether a frame can be set up like yours.
BB, or bottom bracket
The axle your cranks turn on, in the middle of the frame. Every number on this site is measured from it, because it is the one point that sits in the same place on every bike.
Headset cover
The little cap on top of the head tube, under your spacers. Most makers do not publish it, so I assume 15 mm and add 6 mm to the band, which on its own is enough to hold an answer at "probably" rather than "fits".
Stem clamp, and its centre
The collar on the steerer that your stem bolts to. I need the middle of it. Where a maker gives only the height, I assume halfway up and say so on the answer.
Steerer
The tube coming up out of the fork. The cover, the spacers and the stem all sit on it, and it is the thing a mechanic cuts to length.
Bar reach
How far forward the hoods sit from the middle of the bar. Two bars on the same stem can put your hands 20 mm apart, which is why I ask.
Setback
How far your saddle sits behind the bottom bracket.
Drop
How much lower your bar is than your saddle.
Rails, and the rail centre
The two rods under your saddle, and the middle of the straight part of them. That midpoint is the point I use, because it is the one you can find with a tape.
The band
How far out I could be, in millimetres, and why. It is a straight sum of everything I had to assume rather than a clever average, so it errs wide on purpose.
wb, stand, trail
Wheelbase, standover and trail: how long the bike is, how high the top tube is where you straddle it, and how steady the steering feels. I show them against your bike, and I leave them out when the maker does not publish them.

SOLD AS A BARE FRAMESET by an OEM/ODM factory (page: "Get a quote"; service "design and painting"). The page's weight line lists Frame 1200 +/-50 g, Fork 540 +/-15 g and Seat post 170 +/-10 g, so a seatpost is part of the set, but no handlebar, stem, spacer kit or headset cover is specified: stock_stem_length and stock_bar_width are null and no stem angle, bar reach/drop, spacer stack or headset-cover height is published; integrated_cockpit is null because the cockpit is the buyer's choice and nothing on the page rules a one-piece bar in or out. HEADSET (page spec table): 1-1/8 in to 1-1/2 in (printed as 1-1/8" - 1-1/2"), i.e. a tapered steerer with a 1-1/8 in top bearing, so any standard 1-1/8 in clamp stem fits; the size 540 frame drawing (CFR-696-540-UDH-009, R0, dated 2022.04.09, title block note "small head tube, rear UDH hanger") dimensions the head tube bore at 42.0 mm (+0.1/-0) top and 52.1 mm (+0.05/-0) bottom with 48.0 mm and 57.0 mm outer diameters, i.e. IS42 upper / IS52 lower integrated cups, and a 3 mm (+0/-0.2) top bearing seat depth. How I read the maker's table
OEM/ODM carbon frame factory; the page's only call to action is "Get a quote"). The product page https://carbonda.com/road/cfr-696.html heads the bike "CFR-696 Gravel" with "Max tire:700x50c/650Bx2.1", "BSA Bottom bracket", "UDH" and "Sizes:49/52/54/56/58/60cm", carries a spec table (Model No CFR-696, USE "Carbon fiber gravel plus bike / adventure bike / traveling bike", Size "49 52 54 56 58 61", weights, BB, brake, headset, axles, seat post, tyre, chainring, rotors) and a "File download" list linking eight PDFs: CFM-696-Geometry, CFR-696-490/520/540/560/580/610-UDH (one frame drawing per size) and CFR-696-UDH-Assembling-drawing; the geometry table exists only in the Geometry PDF and nowhere in the HTML. The sheet and file are titled "CFM-696" (CFM is Carbonda's MTB prefix) but it is linked from the CFR-696 page and its 540 row matches the CFR-696-540-UDH frame drawing, so it is the CFR-696 table. SIZE LABELS: the geometry sheet names sizes by seat tube length in mm (490 to 610) and the per-size drawings use the same numbers; the page spec table lists "49 52 54 56 58 61" (cm) while the page header says "49/52/54/56/58/60cm" (60 is a page slip, the largest frame is 610 everywhere else); labels here are "page cm / sheet mm". VALUES are kept exactly as printed, including Reach 376 and Stack 568 for 540 printed without decimals (the 540 frame drawing dimensions reach 376.2, wheelbase 1026.4 +/-2 and front centre 600.3 +/-2 against the sheet's 376 / 1026.6 / 600.5) and the identical WB 1026.6 / FC 600.5 for 520 and 540, which is geometrically consistent (the 540's 10 mm longer head tube and half-degree steeper head angle cancel). Collector consistency checks (not stored as data): for every size the horizontal projections of RC and FC using G reproduce the printed WB to 0.1 mm; reach plus the seat tube axis offset at stack height reproduces the printed O within 0.3 mm; and reach, stack, HC, OT and G reproduce the printed FC within 0.4 mm for 490 to 580 but give 640.8 for 610 against the printed 642.9, a 2 mm inconsistency somewhere in that row which is left as printed. NOT PUBLISHED and therefore null: standover, trail, stock stem length, stock bar width. The size 540 frame drawing draws the wheels at R361 (700 x 50C) and carries an unlabelled vertical dimension of 802.8 from the ground line up to the top tube between the bottle bosses and the head tube, which may be a standover-type height but is not labelled as such and is NOT recorded. MODEL YEAR: none stated anywhere; the page photos were uploaded 2024-08/09 and the geometry sheet plotted 2024-08-22, but the 540 UDH frame drawing is dated 2022-04-09 (R0), so this geometry has been in production since at least 2022; model_year left null. CATEGORY: the page heads the bike "Gravel" and the spec table says "gravel plus bike / adventure bike / traveling bike" with 700x50c clearance and rack and fender mounts, so gravel. CROSS-REFERENCE: one Panda Podium Store API search for "carbonda" returned zero products, so Carbonda is not listed there; no aggregator (Geometry Geeks, Bike Insights, 99 Spokes) was consulted.
