The table runs on to the right: 6 more columns after Reach. Scroll it sideways to read them.
The M drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.
The maker's cockpit
No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.Generic stem and barAssumedNo bar is listed for this frame.

In the maker's words
Kept whole, as I read it off winspace.cc.Winspace sells its frames bar-less or as "bundles" with its own one-piece bars (HYPER Integrated Handlebar, HYPER 2 Riser, Zero K, Zero SL; Adventure Integrated Handlebar for the gravel frames; HYPER TT Cockpit for the TT5); the frame page lists no per-size stock bar or stem, so stock_stem_length and stock_bar_width are null; the bars' own geometry is in docs/research/cockpits/winspace-*.json where Winspace publishes it.

How I read the maker's table
The page's "Geometry Chart" section is two images: the lettered drawing (1_5c42aa71-199f-497e-b380-3b758069f163.png, 3300x2550, "GEOMETRY TT5") and the table image named in source_type. The table has no P row (no seatpost setback is printed), so posts are not recorded. Rows not in the schema as printed for XXS/XS/S/M/L/XL: BB Height 273 all sizes; Fork Length 371 all sizes; Seatpost Length 400 all sizes; Tire 700C*35C; STR 1.290/1.305/1.316/1.329/1.339/1.346; Recommended Height CM 155~163 / 163~170 / 170~178 / 178~185 / 185~193 / 193~200. The trail row is headed "Trail (45C)" while the Tire row says 700C*35C on a time trial frame; both kept as printed (tyre_width_mm null). The page sells the TT5 as "UCI-Compliant Race-Ready Time Trial Machine ... Suitable For Triathlon And Time Trials", USD 2,599, headset NO.55R 1.5"/ACR/STD, Toray T800/T700, made to order (30 business days). The seat angle is printed 74 deg on every size, unusually slack for a time trial frame; kept as printed. MODEL YEAR: not printed by Winspace; model_year null. Bike Insights lists this model (see cross_check). No Panda Podium, Geometry Geeks or 99 Spokes request was made.
