The S drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.

How I read the maker's table
Ueeshop storefront, images on ueeshop.ly200-cdn.com). TABLE LEGEND (lettered rows on the drawing above the table, header "SIZE IN(mm)"): A "BB CENTER TO TOP OF SEATTUBE" -> seat_tube_length; B "EFFECTUVE TIO TUBE HORIZONTA" (sic) -> top_tube_effective; C "BB OFFSET" printed with a minus sign on every size -> bb_drop as a positive number (the convention velobuild-vb-r-268-2024.json set: the minus is the maker's sign for a BB below the axle line); D chainstay; E seat angle; F head angle; G "FRONT CENTER" -> front_centre; H head tube length; I fork offset; J reach; K stack. No wheelbase or standover row. The V brake page https://www.velobuild.com/products/vb-r-066-ultra-light-endurance-bike-road-frame-v-brake-internal-caboe-routing (HTTP 200, 221,285 bytes) carries its own image "GEOMETRY R-066 ROAD FRAMESET V BRAKE" (066V-GEOMETRY-2.jpg, 950x820, 148,145 bytes) with every cell the same, so the two are one file. FLAGGED: XXS and XS close the top tube identity within 1 mm, but on S, M and L reach + stack / tan(seat angle) gives 540.7 / 557.7 / 582.3 against the printed 530 / 543 / 560 (10.7, 14.7 and 22.3 mm), so one of stack, reach, seat angle or top tube is off on the three larger sizes in both of the maker's images; kept as printed for Carl to judge. STACK DATUM: the drawing dimensions stack and reach to the head tube top. Size labels exactly as the table heads its columns. Trail is not published (null). MODEL YEAR: the store title names 2023. No Panda Podium, Geometry Geeks or 99 Spokes request was made.
