The M/54 drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.

The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

Notes on the source

SECOND-HAND NUMBERS: copied from Bike Insights (https://bikeinsights.com/bikes/5eddca4a62a6130017845741-scott-sports-speedster?version=2022&build=10), not read off the maker's own table. Source: aggregator (Bike Insights)
How I read Bike Insights' table
Bike Insights cites the maker's page: https://www.scott-sports.com/global/en/product/scott-speedster-10-bike?article=290376049. The maker no longer publishes this table, so these numbers have not been checked against it; the seed stores this version as an aggregator source and caps its band (D17, D4 second amendment). Build: 10. Bike Insights files it as Road Bike / Paved Road Bike / Endurance Road. Where it measures differently: top_tube_effective is its effective_top_tube_length_center_center. Trail is left null: Bike Insights computes its own and the maker's is not on the page. Scott's aluminium road bike; no Speedster is in the catalogue otherwise. As copied, the L reach is 385 after 391 on the M, and the chainstay 425 on XXS to M and 427 from L. Scott's own site answers fetchers with a bot block (Incapsula, round 10), so its live page was not read, and its archived pages could not be read either. Not checked against the maker's archived page: web.archive.org blocked this machine on 22 Oct 2026; a later pass should read the capture and upgrade this file to the maker's numbers.
