The 53 drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm. A dashed tube is a number the maker left out (est.).

The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

In the maker's words

Kept whole, as I read it off pinarello.com.
The X9 (Dura Ace Di2 and SRAM Red AXS) and X7 Ultegra Di2 list "INTEGRATED HANDLEBAR: MOST Talon Ultra Light".
Cockpit and seatpost, in the maker's words · 142 words
The X9 (Dura Ace Di2 and SRAM Red AXS) and X7 Ultegra Di2 list "INTEGRATED HANDLEBAR: MOST Talon Ultra Light". MOST Talon Ultra Light (https://pinarello.com/global/en/accessories/components/handlebars/talon/talon-ultra-light): stem angle 8 deg as printed (-8 deg on the sister Talon pages and on retailer listings of this bar; the page prints no sign); stem lengths 90/100/110/120/130/140 mm; bar reach 80 mm; drop 125 mm; flare 4 deg; sold as width/stem "42/90 - 42/100 - 42/110 - 42/120 - 42/130 - 44/90 - 44/100 - 44/110 - 44/120 - 44/130 - 44/140 - 46/100 - 46/110 - 46/120 - 46/130 - 46/140 (handlebar width measured end-to-end)", i.e. 42/44/46 cm end to end. The page does not say which width and stem length each frame size ships with. The X5 lists a two-piece bar and stem instead: "HANDLEBAR: MOST Jaguar XA TiCR", "STEM: Tiger Aero Alu TiCR".

How I read the maker's table
The table has NO size column: Pinarello names a frame size by its seat tube centre-to-centre length in cm (the Dogma F page's weight line reads "Weight in size 53"; the CC column prints 530 on that row), so size_label is the CC column written in cm (CC 430 -> "43", 465 -> "46.5"); nothing else is derived. Column mapping: CE (seat tube centre to end) -> seat_tube_length; CC (centre to centre) -> size label; L -> top_tube_effective; A -> seat_tube_angle; B -> head_tube_angle; P -> chainstay; T -> head_tube_length; D -> bb_drop; R (fork rake) -> fork_offset; G (fork height, axle to crown) not in the schema; REACH -> reach; STACK -> stack. The legend beside the table reads "CE: SEAT TUBE CENTER - END, CC: SEAT TUBE CENTER - CENTER, L: TOP TUBE CENTER - CENTER, A[deg]: SEAT TUBE ANGLE, B[deg]: HEADTUBE ANGLE, P: CHAINSTAY, T: HEADTUBE, D: BB DROP, R: FORK RAKE, G: FORK HEIGHT, REACH, STACK". TOP TUBE: the drawing beside the table draws L horizontal at head tube top height from the seat tube line to the head tube line, so L is recorded as top_tube_effective. STACK DATUM: the drawing (read only for its letters and datums, not stored) takes STACK from the bottom bracket centre up to a horizontal line at the top of the head tube under the stem, and REACH to the same point; no words say whether a headset cover is included, so stack_datum is null. Not published, so null: wheelbase, front centre, trail, standover, stock stem and bar per size. Model year is not printed on the page (null). The X9 Dura Ace, X9 SRAM Red, X7 and X5 pages of the previous X Series print this identical table, and so does the current New X1 page (pinarello-x1.json). The X1 and X3 of this generation print a different table (pinarello-x1-x3-2023.json). Stock tyre on the X9 "Pirelli P ZERO Race TLR 35-622". model_year 2023 is the year this X5/X7/X9 generation was launched (the press of the time: "Joining the existing X1 and X3 there are three new models in the X-series: the X5, X7 and X9"); the maker prints no year.
