The 54cm drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm. A dashed tube is a number the maker left out (est.).

The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

Notes on the source

SECOND-HAND NUMBERS: copied from Bike Insights (https://bikeinsights.com/bikes/5edafc9e30af20001778bc8f-pinarello-dogma?version=2018&build=f10), not read off the maker's own table. Source: aggregator (Bike Insights)
How I read Bike Insights' table
Bike Insights cites the maker's page: https://cyclelane.cc/pages/pinarello-dogma-f10-size-guide. The maker no longer publishes this table, so these numbers have not been checked against it; the seed stores this version as an aggregator source and caps its band (D17, D4 second amendment). Build: F10. Bike Insights files it as Road Bike / Paved Road Bike / Performance Road. Where it measures differently: top_tube_effective is its effective_top_tube_length_center_center. Trail is left null: Bike Insights computes its own and the maker's is not on the page. Bike Insights cites a retailer's size guide (cyclelane.cc), not Pinarello. The 470cm row (listed last on Bike Insights) is Pinarello's 47SL.
