The table runs on to the right: 6 more columns after Reach. Scroll it sideways to read them.
The 54-M drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.
The maker's cockpit
No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.Generic stem and barAssumedNo bar is listed for this frame.
In the maker's words
Kept whole, as I read it off en.incolor.vip.INTEGRATED one-piece bar/stem, INCOLOR AEROWAV (Chinese name Lingfeng, product code AC1), included in the price of both the SR and SR+ framesets (services FAQ: "The SR and SR+ frame assembly both include a pneumatic integrated handle (retail price is 1880 yuan)"; the Speedster manual lists the frameset contents as Frame/Fork + Aero Cockpit + Aero Seatpost + accessory package).
Cockpit and seatpost, in the maker's words · 446 words
INTEGRATED one-piece bar/stem, INCOLOR AEROWAV (Chinese name Lingfeng, product code AC1), included in the price of both the SR and SR+ framesets (services FAQ: "The SR and SR+ frame assembly both include a pneumatic integrated handle (retail price is 1880 yuan)"; the Speedster manual lists the frameset contents as Frame/Fork + Aero Cockpit + Aero Seatpost + accessory package). Cockpit is T800+M60 carbon, latex+EPS one-shot moulding, 330 g, fits OD1 28.6 mm steerers only (FAQ: no OD2 planned). Sizing letters from the maker's drawing: A = stem length, B = width at the tops/hoods (355 / 375 / 395 mm), C = width at the drops (380 / 400 / 420 mm), sold as paired widths 355/380, 375/400, 395/420. Stem lengths: the product-parameter box on the accessory page (https://en.incolor.vip/index.php/part/12) and in the cockpit manual lists 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 mm and says lengths and widths mix freely for 18 combinations (6 x 3); the dimension drawing on the same page lists 80 / 90 / 100 / 120 / 130 / 140 / 150, the English Speedster manual lists 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 / 140 / 150, and the accessory page's SIZE GUIDE selector offers 355mm-80mm through 355mm-150mm in 10 mm steps, so 140 and 150 exist at least in the 355 width. No per-size default stem or width is published, so stock_stem_length / stock_bar_width are null. Bar dimensions read from the drawing (accessory page image and manual): reach 73 mm, drop 123 mm, hood point raised 20 mm above the bar-top plane (labelled "20mm effective offset" in the English manual, "equivalent +20 mm stack" in Chinese; marketing: "20mm rise compared to a conventional -10 deg stem"), drop-end angle 3.0 deg; at the stem/steerer junction the drawing carries 72.5 deg and 10.0 deg angles (unlabelled; reads as steerer at 72.5 deg to horizontal and stem rising 10 deg from horizontal), a 37.5 mm clamp height along the steerer and minor 2.5 mm and 20 mm dimensions - the maker does not name these. Stiffness claim 86 N/mm (400/110 spec). Supplied with: aluminium computer mount (titanium 3D-printed mount standard on SR+), top cap, stem base cover, 6 x 5 mm split "flexible" spacers (default state open, one-handed fitting); maximum spacer stack not stated. Headset dimensions not published. Seatpost: "INCOLOR SPEEDSTER Aero Seatpost" is included with the frameset (SR and SR+); the geometry drawing shows an unlabelled 10 mm dimension between the seatpost axis and the saddle clamp (reads as 10 mm setback); no length or alternative-offset options are published; seat clamp and a 3D-printed titanium seat mount (SR+) are in the accessory package.

How I read the maker's table
identical numbers on the Chinese site https://www.incolor.vip/sr, in the downloadable "SPEEDSTER PRODUCT MANUAL 260515" (https://en.incolor.vip/uploads/upload/files/20260515/d7e4e1515e78e080901007b74f2c97f0.pdf, image-only PDF, page 8) and in the geometry image linked as "Click to view the original image" (https://en.incolor.vip/uploads/upload/images/20260720/289dd3a11655704a706dfe740c4ff157.jpg). SR and SR+ share one geometry table (SR = T800+M60, 785 g size 54 frame; SR+ = T1100 + 80T pitch-based carbon, 720 g size 54, titanium 3D-printed accessory kit). SIZE NAMES: "45-XXS" through "58-XL" (nominal cm size plus letter); the nominal number is not the seat tube length (M row: 443/453/464/480/500/526). Recommended rider height (table row): 45-XXS 155-162 cm, 48-XS 162-168, 51-S 167-173, 54-M 172-178, 56-L 177-183, 58-XL 182-188. STACK / REACH DATUM: the drawing measures B (stack) vertically and A (reach) horizontally from the BB centre to a point at the top of the head tube; a 3 mm dimension is drawn along the head tube axis at that point between the frame's head tube top and the end of the stack/reach lines (unlabelled; reads as the datum sitting 3 mm above the bare head tube, most likely the top of the integrated headset cover), so treat stack as head-tube-top plus about 3 mm if that reading is right. Standover L is drawn on a vertical line 70 mm ahead of the BB centre (the "70" dimension), with the wheels drawn as 700x28C. Fork length axle-to-crown 370 mm (drawn, not in the table; no schema field). SEAT TUBE ANGLE: labelled only "Seat Tube Angle" (Chinese: seat tube angle, no effective/actual qualifier); the arc C is drawn at the BB between the horizontal and the seat tube axis, which runs straight from the BB to the seat clamp, so actual and effective coincide on the drawing but the maker does not say which - left null. "Rear Center" = chainstay, "Front Center" = front centre, "Fork Offset" = fork rake, "Stand over Height" = standover; all lengths mm, angles degrees, values copied verbatim (decimals as published). Head tube angle is 72.25 on 58-XL as published; wheelbase 984.6 on 54-M is shorter than 985.3 on 51-S as published (fork offset drops from 55 to 50 at 54-M). MODEL YEAR: not stated anywhere; page JSON-LD datePublished 2026-03-10 / dateModified 2026-04-14, geometry image uploaded 2026-07-20, manual dated 260515 (2026-05-15), site footer (c)2025 - left null. OTHER FRAME FACTS: T47 asymmetric threaded BB, shell width 76.75 mm (FAQ); UDH hanger; head tube 40 mm wide with a 28.6 mm offset steerer; down tube 42 mm; tyre clearance 38C slick / 36C small-block (inner width up to 46 mm), max 32C with double chainrings; rider plus luggage limit 120 kg; frame is not one-piece moulded; frameset contents (FAQ): integrated bar, seatpost, headset, 6 stem spacers, titanium bolts, bottle cage bolts, computer mount, front derailleur hanger, stem cover, saddle clamp, seat clamp, UDH hanger. Frontal area 626.64 cm2; pedal stiffness SR 175 N/mm, SR+ 181 N/mm. "INTROPY" appears on the frame and bar in the manual photos (same maker, Guangzhou Incolor Technology Co., Ltd.). Panda Podium was not needed for this bike and was not queried. No aggregator sites were consulted.
