The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

In the maker's words

Kept whole, as I read it off icancycling.com.
SOLD AS A FRAMESET WITHOUT A HANDLEBAR: "Package included: Frame+fork+seatpost+bearings+thru axles+hanger" and "If you order the handlebar together, the package included will add handlebar and spacers." The frame page has no cockpit configurator (store options are Size 49/52/54/56/58 cm and Color only) and does not name a handlebar, stem length, bar width, stem angle, spacer height or maximum spacer stack.

Head tube / headset: "Headtube: 1-1/2", 1-1/2"" (the chart header reads "H/T SIZE: 1-1/2"/1-1/2""), "Cable plug: Internal Cable Routing" (the routing banner shows all four lines entering the frame through the head tube / headset; mechanical front and rear derailleur lines are drawn, so mechanical groupsets are routed); the steerer diameter, headset cover height and spacer sizes are not published. Fork: 400 mm axle to crown, 50 mm rake, 12x100 mm thru axle, flat mount 160 mm rotor, 470 g painted ("Fork-470g (Painting)"); the 2026 fork has NO cargo mounts (the maker's page "The 2026 Graro: Evolved for the Modern Rider", https://icancycling.com/pages/the-2026-graro-evolved-for-the-modern-rider, says the previous fork's three mounting holes per leg were removed for 2026). SEATPOST: included with the frame; the same 2026 page says "We have upgraded the standard seat post from the previous 15mm offset (setback) to a 0mm offset (straight) seat post", so a 2026 Graro ships with a 0 mm offset post and pre-2026 frames shipped with a 15 mm setback post; the post is the frame's aero-shaped proprietary post (the description lists the seat post among the aero-shaped tubes), diameter and length not published. HANDLEBARS THE MAKER SELLS FOR IT: the maker's own complete build (https://icancycling.com/products/graro-bike, "Graro Bike", sizes 49/52/54/56/58 cm) lists a single spec line "Handlebar: Full Carbon Integrated HBG02-400mm" and "Stem: Carbon ST-X-100mm" under a spec block headed "Size : 54cm", i.e. a two-piece bar + stem on the maker's build and not a per-size table, so stock_stem_length and stock_bar_width are left null. HBG02 (https://icancycling.com/products/gravel-handlebar-hbg02, USD 119): full carbon drop bar, external routing, reach 80 mm, drop 120 mm, flare 25 deg, widths 400/420/440 mm centre to centre at the hoods (520/540/560 mm at the drops), 190/195/198 g +/- 10 g. ST-X stem (https://icancycling.com/products/carbon-stem-st-x): full carbon, external or internal routing, 90/100/110/120 mm, angle not published. One-piece alternatives in the maker's handlebar collection: HBG01 gravel integrated bar (https://icancycling.com/products/hbg01, USD 198: reach 82 mm, drop 125 mm, flare 12.8 deg, widths 400/420/440 mm at the hoods and 462/482/502 mm at the drops, store options 400x120 / 420x110 / 440x110 mm (the spec text says 400x100 / 420x110 / 440x110), 420-450 g +/- 20 g) and Blade-G (https://icancycling.com/products/integrated-handlebar-blade-g, USD 198: reach 77 mm, drop 126 mm, flare 18 deg, options 380x90 / 400x90 / 400x100 / 420x100 / 440x110 mm, 374-393 g +/- 10 g). The maker does not say on the Graro page which of these it means by "the handlebar", and none of the bar pages names the Graro.
GEOMETRY IMAGE READ BY EYE: the maker publishes the chart only as a JPG in the product description. Source: image_table (maker's own Shopify store; the geometry is published only as a JPG inside the product description, under the heading "Innovative Gravel-Specific Geometry"
How I read the maker's table
no HTML table, PDF or data feed exists on the page (the Shopify product JSON body_html carries the same image). The table is lettered to the diagram: A Top Tube Length (mm) - drawn horizontal from the seatpost axis to the head tube axis at the top of the head tube, i.e. effective; B Head Tube Length; C Seat Tube Angle (deg); D Head Tube Angle (deg); E BB Drop; F Chain Stay; G Wheel Base; H BB To Front Wheel (= front centre, BB centre to front axle); I Fork Length (400 mm all sizes, axle to crown, not in the schema); J Fork Rake (= fork_offset); K Seat Tube Total Length (BB centre to top of the seat tube along the tube; used as seat_tube_length); L Reach; M Stack; N BB Height (288.5 mm all sizes, not in the schema; 288.5 + 71 drop = 359.5 mm axle height, which is roughly a 700x40C rolling radius). STACK DATUM: M is drawn as a vertical from the horizontal line through the BB centre up to the top of the head tube, and L as a horizontal from the BB centre to the same point (standard datum). SEAT ANGLE: labelled only "Seat Tube Angle", effective vs actual not stated; the diagram draws C at the BB along the seat tube axis. WHEELBASE CHECK: sqrt(H^2 - E^2) + sqrt(F^2 - E^2) reproduces G within 1.1 mm on all six sizes (46: 994.6 vs 995; 49: 1009.7 vs 1009; 52: 1022.8 vs 1023; 54: 1028.9 vs 1029; 56: 1049.0 vs 1049; 58: 1063.1 vs 1064). SIZES: the chart prints six sizes (46/49/52/54/56/58 cm, "SIZE :46/ 49/ 52/54/ 56/ 58" in its header) but the store sells only five ("Available size: 49/ 52/ 54/ 56/ 58cm"; the Size option and the size-recommendation image both stop at 49); the 46 row is kept because the maker publishes it. The cm size label is nominal and is NOT the seat tube length (46 -> 460, 49 -> 475, 52 -> 490, 54 -> 505, 56 -> 523, 58 -> 543 mm). NOT PUBLISHED: standover, trail (both null). MODEL YEAR: the description opens with a link headed "The 2026 Graro: Evolved for the Modern Rider" and that page says "we are thrilled to introduce the updated 2026 Graro Frame" with three changes: fork cargo mounts removed, seatpost offset changed from 15 mm to 0 mm, new paint; no geometry change is claimed and the geometry JPG is the original one (Shopify file version 1706769017 = 2024-01-31; product record created 2024-02-01, last updated 2026-08-29), so this table is the 2024-2026 Graro geometry and the file is labelled 2026 because that is what the maker sells the current frame as. FRAME FACTS (frame page): "UCI Gravel frame disc", flat mount, Toray T700/T800/T1000, frame 1073-1095 g +/- 20 g in size 52 depending on paint, T47 BB, 12x100 / 12x142 thru axles, UDH hanger, rotors front 160 / rear 140 mm, max tyre 700C x 45 mm, dropped chainstay, gravel groupsets only (max 2x 48-31T, max 1x 42T), custom paint via icancustompaint.com. Size recommendation image (GJ02_...2048x2048.jpg): 49 = 160-165 cm, 52 = 165-170, 54 = 170-175, 56 = 175-180, 58 = 180-190 ("for guidance only"). The maker's EU listing (https://icancycling.com/products/graro-eu, sizes 52-58) carries the identical description and geometry image.
