The 540 drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.

The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

Notes on the source

SECOND-HAND NUMBERS: copied from Bike Insights (https://bikeinsights.com/bikes/6200fc8b4728d0001e0e2a59-hongfu-bikes-fm339?version=2020&build=base), not read off the maker's own table. Source: aggregator (Bike Insights)
How I read Bike Insights' table
Bike Insights cites the maker's page: http://www.hongfu-bikes.com/html_products/Road_Frame/Disc_Brake_Road_Frame/2018/0901/510.html. The maker no longer publishes this table, so these numbers have not been checked against it; the seed stores this version as an aggregator source and caps its band (D17, D4 second amendment). Build: Base. Bike Insights files it as Road Bike / Paved Road Bike / Performance Road. Where it measures differently: top_tube_effective is its top_tube_length_center_center. Trail is left null: Bike Insights computes its own and the maker's is not on the page. Not checked against the maker's archived page: web.archive.org blocked this machine on 22 Oct 2026; a later pass should read the capture and upgrade this file to the maker's numbers. The maker's current page for this frame, https://www.hongfu-bikes.com/products/9.html ("2021 Aero disc road frame FM339", fetched 22 Oct 2026, HTTP 200), is live but carries no geometry: one cable-routing render and a short spec (full hidden internal cable design, full carbon, fork axle M15*P1.5/M12-P1.5, frame axle M12, Shimano flat mount disc, sizes 49/52/54/56/58cm, tire 700*28C). The geometry Bike Insights holds came from the older page it cites (Hongfu's earlier site layout), which a later pass could read in the archive.
