The table runs on to the right: 6 more columns after Reach. Scroll it sideways to read them.
The 510 drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm. A dashed tube is a number the maker left out (est.).

The page lists "Handlebar: Colnago CC.01 integrated Cockpit - regular geometry.". Colnago CC.01 (https://139650070.fs1.hubspotusercontent-eu1.net/hubfs/139650070/Geometrie%20schede/COLNAGO_CC01_tech.pdf, the page's handlebar size guide): an integrated one-piece cockpit; stem angle -8 deg (drawn as 82 deg between stem and steerer); stem lengths 80/90/100/110/120/130 mm; bar reach 80 mm; drop 122 mm (printed "122,00"); widths 370/390/410/430 mm (the drawing's WIDTH, across the tops); sold as handlebar/stem pairs "370 80, 370 90, 390 90, 410 90, 390 100, 410 100, 390 110, 410 110, 430 110, 390 120, 410 120, 430 120, 410 130".

How I read the maker's table
Column mapping: Ss -> head_tube_angle; Sc -> seat_tube_angle; Reach; Stack; "Fork lenght" (as printed; fork length) not in the schema; Rake -> fork_offset; Hs -> head_tube_length; C -> chainstay; A (BB centre to front axle) -> front_centre; BB drop -> bb_drop; "(Virtual) TT (O)" -> top_tube_effective. Size labels as printed (420, 455, 485, 510, 530, 550, 570). DRAWING (read only for its letters and datums, not stored): Stack and Reach are drawn from the BB centre to the top of the head tube (no headset cover named, so stack_datum is null); O is drawn horizontal from the head tube top to the seat tube line; the size is drawn along the seat tube from the BB centre to its top. stock_stem_length and stock_bar_width are the page's per-size "Default stem length" and "Default handlebars width" (420 90/390; 455 100/390; 485 110/390; 510 110/410; 530 120/410; 550 120/430; 570 130/430). Not published, so null: wheelbase, standover, trail, seat tube length. THE PAGE AGAINST THE CHART: the page's own size tabs print 56 of these cells; every one agrees with the chart. A steel frame. The chart heads the top tube column "(Virtual) TT (O)" (recorded as top_tube_effective); its seat angle has no effective/actual wording. Stock tyre "Pirelli PZero Race TLR 700x28" (tyre_width_mm 28). Seatpost round 27.2 mm. Model year is not printed (null).
