No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

How I read the maker's table
product page frame "Canyon Ultimate CF SL", JSON-LD Year 2020), 7 sizes 2XS-2XL. The rim-brake Ultimate of the generation before the MY2023 one. Against the disc Ultimate CF SLX of MY2021 (canyon-ultimate-2021.json) the stack and reach are the same on every size, but the head tube is 6 to 7 mm longer (a rim fork), the chainstay 410 against 415, the wheelbase 7 to 8 mm shorter and the seat angles printed to two decimals (73.85 to 73.77). FOR CARL: as printed, the 2XL head angle is 72.25 after 73.5 on the XL (the disc table prints 73.8 on its 2XL); kept as Canyon prints it. Stock tyre Continental Grand Prix 5000, 25 mm. Decimal commas and thousand points converted by script. Fork offset, trail and front centre are not published (null); the stack datum is not stated (null). Bottom bracket: the product page names the part fitted, "Shimano Pressfit BB72", not the shell, so frame_facts leaves it out.
