The table runs on to the right: 6 more columns after Reach. Scroll it sideways to read them.
The 56 drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.

In the maker's words
Kept whole, as I read it off cannondale.com.The CAAD14 1 ships with Cannondale's one-piece SystemBar Road (https://www.cannondale.com/en-gb/gear/components/handlebars/carbon-handlebars/systembar-road-carbon-handlebar).
Cockpit and seatpost, in the maker's words · 64 words
The CAAD14 1 ships with Cannondale's one-piece SystemBar Road (https://www.cannondale.com/en-gb/gear/components/handlebars/carbon-handlebars/systembar-road-carbon-handlebar). SystemBar Road: bar reach 80 mm; drop 130 mm; flare 40 mm (printed in mm); stem angle -6 deg; stem lengths 90/100/110/120/130/140/150 mm; widths 340/360/380 mm; Delta steerer, electronic shifting only. The same spec's Stem line names the SystemBar R-One instead (see notes). Seatpost: "Cannondale SAVE Carbon, 27.2x350mm, 11mm offset" (frameset and CAAD14 1).

How I read the maker's table
both show the same geometry image, caad14_geo_table. The data feed carries Geometry null for every variant, so the image is the only table. The CAAD14 replaces the CAAD13 in the GB range (the CAAD13 family page is still up but sells nothing and shows no geometry). SIZE LABELS: the table header prints 48.0/51.0/54.0/56.0/58.0/61.0; the shop's size selector says 48/51/54/56/58/61, which is what size_label holds. UNITS: lengths printed in centimetres to one decimal; every length here is the printed value x 10, angles as printed. STACK DATUM: O is drawn to a horizontal through the top of the head tube where G starts; no headset cover drawn. Sizes 56 to 61 take a 73.0 deg head angle and a 45 mm rake (the fork spec: "55mm offset (44-54cm), 45mm offset (56-61cm)", which names a 44 the table does not have), so the 56's wheelbase (99.8) is shorter than the 54's (101.2); the table's own front centre, chainstay and wheelbase agree, so it is as designed. MAKER INCONSISTENCY in the CAAD14 1 spec (not the table): the Handlebar line names the SystemBar Road with sizes, the Stem line names the "SystemBar R-One"; the Handlebar line's sizes are recorded. stock_stem_length and stock_bar_width are those SystemBar Road sizes per frame size; posts are the SAVE Carbon seatpost's 11 mm offset the spec gives for every size. tyre_width_mm 29 is the CAAD14 1's stock tyre ("Vittoria Corsa PRO TLR, 700x29c"), not a table number. integrated_cockpit true: the fork has the Delta steerer ("1-1/8" to 1-1/2" Delta Steerer") and the complete bike ships with the one-piece SystemBar. STOCK COCKPIT WORDS (moved here from cockpit_options so the cockpit reader does not take a size for a name): the CAAD14 1 Handlebar line reads "Cannondale SystemBar Road, ultra low drag, full carbon integrated bar/stem: 90x340mm (44-52cm), 100x360mm (54-56cm), 110x380mm (58-61cm)".
