The 56 drawn to scale from the table, with no build on it. Stack and reach run from the bottom bracket to the top of the head tube; every size is solved from those two. One square is 100 mm.

The maker's cockpit

No stock cockpit I can name, so every size is solved on a generic stem and bar unless you choose one on the sheet.

SECOND-HAND NUMBERS, NOT CHECKED AGAINST THE MAKER: Bike Insights' record of the 3T Exploro RaceMax, version "2022", build "Max 650b" (disc, carbon frame, drop bar on Bike Insights), 6 sizes XXS, 51, 54, 56, 58, 61. Source: aggregator (Bike Insights): version "2022", build "Max 650b", numbers read from the page's __NEXT_DATA__ data script; the maker no longer publishes this table
How I read Bike Insights' table
3T's own site (3t.bike, its current range read on 2026-10-21) no longer carries this generation's table, so Bike Insights is the source of last resort (D4 second amendment). The current generation, from the maker, is 3t-extrema-italia.json, 3t-primo-2.json, 3t-racemax-2-italia.json, 3t-racemax.json, 3t-strada-italia.json, 3t-strada.json, 3t-ultra-2-italia.json. Bike Insights cites as its source: https://us.3t.bike/en/224-exploro-max. Field mapping from Bike Insights: stack, reach, head_tube_angle, seat_tube_angle (from its seat_tube_angle field), head_tube_length, top_tube_effective (from effective_top_tube_length_center_ht_top), seat_tube_length (from seat_tube_length_center_st_top, the first of centre-to-top, centre-to-top-tube, centre-to-centre that it holds), chainstay_length, wheelbase, bottom_bracket_drop, fork offset, front_center, and from its base build the standover height, stem length and handlebar width (a width recorded in cm is converted to mm). Bike Insights stores no published trail (only its own computed one), so trail is null. Its base build lists a 584 mm rim and a 57 mm tyre. Bike Insights' 2021, 2020 version(s) carry the same numbers on every compared cell, so this file stands for them too. This record is Bike Insights' Max 650b build; its numbers differ from the 2024 700c build (3t-exploro-racemax-2024.json) on 45 of 54 cells, so they are kept apart. Bike Insights names the smallest size "XXS" and the others by number (51 to 61); the sizes are listed here smallest first, by stack.
